New Massage Establishments or new owners of existing Massage Establishments must submit a Massage Owner Application package for review and approval. This review can take as much as 60-days. Owners who are not California Massage Therapy Council licensed professionals will require a background review and LiveScan as a part of the packet. Please complete all necessary information and return the package and fees to the Customer Services counter for processing. You will be notified by mail upon approval of the application. New owner/applicants may not take over the operation of the facility until approved by the City.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-style:italic;font-weight:bold;text-decoration:underline;">Lineage:</SPAN><SPAN> Buffer polygons in this feature class are generated using the ES_Massage_Establishments feature class.
